Residents are allowed up to two pets per home. A monthly pet fee of $35 per cat and $35 per dog applies. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and no additional one-time fee for the second pet.
There is a one-time Poo-Prints registration fee of $99 per dog.
There is a $50 Poo-Prints violation fee, per violation.
